Lawsuit Filed Against A Pride of Steel Corp. for Unpaid Overtime and Wage Violations

Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C. filed a complaint on behalf of Winner Mendoza against A Pride of Steel Corp. and its owner, Zolly Silver. The allegations in the complaint focus on unpaid wages and violations of federal and New York labor laws. Mr. Mendoza, who worked as a supervisor from 2017 to 2022, claims he regularly worked 48 to 72 hours per week without receiving overtime pay for hours beyond 40.
