Lawsuit Filed for Wage Violations Against ELH Management LLC

Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C. filed a lawsuit on behalf of Luis Ruiz, who worked as a building superintendent for ELH Management LLC and its owner, Larry Hirschfield. The complaint outlines allegations of wage violations during Mr. Ruiz's employment from 2018 to 2022.

Mr. Ruiz claims he worked as much as 65 hours per week, on-call 24/7, without receiving any overtime pay for hours over 40.
