Lawsuit Filed Against Hugo R. Landscaping for Wage Violations and Unpaid Overtime

Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C. filed a lawsuit on behalf of Ronald Lemus against Hugo R. Landscaping Inc. and its owner, Hugo Reyes. The complaint alleges serious wage violations during Mr. Lemus's employment from 2020 to 2023. According to the complaint, Mr. Lemus worked seven days a week, putting in about 95 hours per week as a landscaping and construction worker.
